If you've already purchased a license and need to request a refund, simply follow the easy steps provided below.

At Chowmainsoft, we stand behind the quality of our drivers and integrations. Our 90-day refund policy provides you with peace of mind, ensuring flexibility and eliminating financial risk when purchasing from our Marketplace

Eligibility:

• The refund policy applies to all drivers purchased through the Chowmainsoft Marketplace.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Conditions for Refund:

• The driver licenses must be fully uninstalled and removed from any systems where they were in use. They should then be returned to your pool of available drivers.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Log in to the Chowmainsoft website.
2. In the left-hand menu, select DASHBOARD.
3. Navigate to PURCHASES.
4. Select the purchase order you wish to refund.
   
5. Select Request Refund
   
6. Choose the driver line item you wish to refund. Please note, if you purchased this driver in bulk, the entire quantity must be refunded.
   
   
7. Press Send Refund Request.
   
   
8. It will then advise that the request has been submitted
   
   

Once these steps are completed, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7–10 business days.
