CONTROL4 AJAX: Driver Not Showing Armed/Disarmed State
The Driver utilizes the local CMS Monitoring Station Connection to keep the Control4 driver's Armed/Disarmed State in sync. Double Check the below configuration is done
- Navigate to Hub Settings >> Security Companies >> Monitoring station
- Configure Settings
- Protocol - SIA DC-09 (SIA-DCS)
- Alarm Channel - Ethernet or WiFi (Depending on Ajax Hub Connection)
- Primary IP Address - {IP Address of the Control4 Director of YOUR system}
- Port - {Event Listener Port taken from the driver in YOUR system} . In the screenshot below, port 36654 is unique to my system and will be different for every installation of the driver.
- Monitoring station ping interval - 1 minute
- Connect on demand - Enabled
- Object number - AAA (this can be changed if you'd like but MUST match what's entered in the driver. AAA is the default)
- Encryption (Optional) - if encryption is turned on, input an Encryption Key and check the Driver matches
- Go back to save settings
- Check the Last Received Event Message property in the driver. It should show messages being received.
