HOW TO: Match Driver Licence to Purchase Order
Licenses purchased through the Chowmainsoft Marketplace are added to a Driver Pool for use. You can monitor which projects have been assigned licenses via the Purchase Order page.
- Visit the Chowmain Login Page: Chowmain - Login.
- Sign in using the credentials provided upon approval of your sign-up request.
- Confirm you're logged in by checking the website's header—registration and sign-up buttons will be replaced with a cart and user icon.
- Navigate to the Drivers Page: Chowmain - Purchases.
- Select the desired Order Number to view details.
- Check the line items to see if licenses have been assigned to a project.
Click on the project name to view the project if required.
Note that you cannot action a refund if the license has been assigned to a project. You must remove the licence from the project before undergoing the refund procedure.
