Control4 UniFi: Intercom has audio, but not video

Symptoms

Intercom audio works, however, video doesn't show correctly

Solution

  1. Ensure you are using OS 3.4.3 or later.
  2. Ensure that Video works in native UniFi interface
  3. Ensure you are using the latest UniFi driver version
  4. Licence must be trial or valid
  5. Setting up an alternate camera for many may be required for best results
    1. Set up the UniFi Intercom device as a camera device using our UniFi Protect driver
    2. In the Intercom Device intercom settings, set the Alternate camera to the camera set up using UniFi Protect
