Control4 Unifi - Supported Intercoms

Two Way Communications / Intercom Support

Intercoms are deployed in Control4 using our Unifi Access Controller and Unifi Access Intercom V2 Driver


As of January 2026, the following devices are known to support our intercom driver:

Unifi G6 Entry Intercom / SIP Support
As of January 2026, Unifi have stated in the product page FAQ that the Unifi G6 Entry will have full intercom (SIP) support added in a future release. 





Doorbell Devices

Due to the lack of SIP support, devices such as the G4 Doorbell Pro only support One way video support (as a video camera) and can currently only be utilised by:
1. Using the Ringing event to trigger a notification you can click on to view the built in camera
2. Adding Presets or settings to provide an easy way to unlock the door

Future availability of SIP support on these devices is unknown.
