  • You have not yet registered for the Chowmainsoft Marketplace: Our new Marketplace launched in mid-August. If you previously purchased drivers from another platform, you’ll need to create a new account.

  • Your account has not been verified/approved: It may take up to 48 hours for our team to approve your registration. Please wait for confirmation.

  • Email not confirmed: After approval, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Make sure to check your inbox and click the confirmation link.

  • Wrong email address: The email you used for password recovery may not match our records. Please double-check or try an alternate email address.
