Control4 TP-Link: Displaying V2 Outlets as Lights (Without Relay To LIght)

Control4 TP-Link: Displaying V2 Outlets as Lights (Without Relay To LIght)

Problem

When using TP-Link (V2 Devices), outlets (and some light switches) by default display as an outlet icon instead of lighting.

Our Relay To Light driver may also not operate correctly

Solution

The Chowmain TP-Link V2 driver now includes the capability to display outlets as Lights without the use of additional drivers such as Relay To light

To add lighting devices, use the "Auto-Setup Outlet Light Devices" action. This will automatically create lighting devices and bind them automatically to the outlet

Please note, when using this functionality, do not delete the original outlet driver.
