Does this driver support communication with remote C-Bus networks?

  • The current driver does not support commands to and from remote C-Bus networks.
  • To use this driver on projects with multiple C-Bus networks, you will need to install a C-Bus interface locally on each network and add multiple Control4 gateway drivers.
  • If manually setting up a sub-driver without using AutoSetup with manual addresses  (light, generic,etc), ensure it is bound to the correct CBUS Gateway for that network (in composer pro connections). As of 2026-FEB, the network address has no impact, and should be set to 254 (and will be translated to the default network for that gateway)
