Control4 ELK M1: System Requirements

  1. Control4 OS3.3.3+ (X4 is supported)
  2. Ensure Panel is using the following firmware: 
    1. M1 Panel (Boot Version): 3.3.6
    2. M1 Panel (Firmware Version): 5.3.30 (earlier versions will NOT work correctly)
    3. M1XEP (Boot Version): 2.0.4 (if using Ethernet)
    4. M1XEP (Firmware Version): 2.0.42 (if using Ethernet)
  3. Insecure Port (generally 2101) must also be enabled using ELKRP in M1-XEP/C1M1 Settings. The default is disabled (if using Ethernet)
  4. Push or Email Notifications require an active 4Sight / Control4 Connect subscription
