Only the Hisense VIDAA Platform is supported by the Chowmain Driver. Hisense TV's using Android or other platforms use a different unsupported protocol 
  1. Control4 OS 3.3.0 or higher. OS3.4.X or later is recommended. X4 is supported
    Compatible Hisense VIDAA TV.
  2. Ensure firmware is up to date with the latest firmware. More information on required firmware can be found here: https://help.chowmain.software/portal/en/kb/articles/hisense-vidaa-device-management-menu-does-not-show
  3. Hardwired network connection is recommended for best performance.
