- Some Devices (in particular, many light bulbs including the H600D) require an upgrade to our Govee V3 Driver to operate. V1/V2 will not detect many modern devices. Govee V3 utilises the "Awesome New API" (sic) from Govee and is a free upgrade for existing users. An Upgrade guide is available.
- Run Display Diagnostics in Govee V3 Agent, and check LUA Window to ensure driver is working correctly
- Ensure you are using the latest Control4 OS
- Ensure that API Key is correct
- Ensure you utilise the Auto Setup Cloud Devices action for device setup
- The Govee Device must be added to the correct Govee account.
- Ensure that the Govee device can be controlled from phone when Bluetooth is disabled.
