Control4 Philips Hue: "Select Bridge From List Property List is Empty. No Philips Hue Bridges Discovered
Symptom
The "Select Bridge From List" Property is empty, and no bridges have been discovered
Solutions
- Ensure that the Hue Bridge is powered on and connected to the network and internet
- The Hue bridge must be fully configured using the App and running the latest firmware
- The Control4 system must be able to communicate with the internet
- Check the Auto Discovery Status for more information
- Press the "Auto Discover Bridge" Action again to retry discovery manually. Please note, only press this button after Hue bridge is configured and online. Auto Discovery can only been performed once every 15 minutes
- Switch to DHCP reserved IP for the bridge, and manually set the IP of the Bridge in the driver
