Control4 UniFi: Calling from Control4 to UniFi Intercom does not work

Problem 

Calling from Control4 Touchscreens or Mobile phone to UniFi Intercoms either rings without pickup, or shows an error (such as error 503) when attempting the call. However, Calls from UniFi to Control4 operate correctly

Solution

This is currently a known problem and is believed to be a limitation in the UniFi firmware at this time (2026-03-13)
