Control4 UniFi: Unifi Access Quick Setup

The UniFi access integration enables basic control of doors and intercoms.
  1. Install all of the drivers
    1. It is recommended to use Drivers => Add Or Update Driver or Agent to install the drivers
    2. Use Ctrl+A or use the mouse to install and update all C4z drivers in the Zip from the chowmain website simultaneously. Do not simply copy files into the drivers folder, as this will not copy the drivers correctly to controller (and Auto Setup may fail in some circumstances)
  2. Add The UniFi Access driver to composer Pro in System Design
  3. Set the Server Address and Port
  4. Set the API Key as per our guide. This is different to the key for network/protect
  5. Set the local Username and Password as per our guide. 
  6. To Set up all intercoms quickly, use the Auto Setup action in the UniFi Access driver. This will automatically discover all UniFi Access Intercoms and add them to the project. Please note, this will reconfigure the intercom SIP Settings.
  7. For Door control, you may require the Relay Door Controller driver, and to bind it to the relay binding
  8. For more advanced control, the cameras can also be added to Protect as seperate drivers
  9. Customise the sip settings if required. By default, we use an internal communications server with a random login, and the intercom should start working automatically without any further configuration within a few minutes
  10. For calling, you must also have an active Control4 4Sight / Connect subscription for the account.
  11. To access the custom interfaces, you will need to enable visibility in navigator using System Design > Room > Navigator.
