After Upgrading to Control4 X4 or later, WiZ Stops working and may display errors during driver start

Solution

  1. Control4 X4 and later requires WiZ driver version 20250721 or later to operate correctly in X4. Please note, a manual update may be required if the driver is older than 20240805 and a licence migration may be required
  2. In some circumstances, a controller reboot may be required after updating
  3. Ensure that the trial is not expired
