Control4 Hisense VIDAA - Device Management Menu does not show
If the Device Management menu doesn't show, take the following troubleshooting steps
- Ensure the TV firmware is up to date. The Device Management menu may not be available on older firmware versions. Version 9 or later is required (Under About, Software version should show V0000.09.01*). Some TV's are still in the process of receiving compatible firmware updates
- If the TV is in our supported TV list in the FAQ, the new firmware may still be awaiting full roll-out in your region.
- Google TV and other platforms are not supported
- Ensure the Setup Instructions for the TV have been followed correctly. Setup Instructions are available from the documentation found on: https://chowmain.software/drivers/control4-hisense-vidaa-smart-tv#documents
- Incorrect IP address has been entered in the driver, or the TV is not accessible from Control4 due to network restrictions
